When you are filling out our contact form, in the "comment" box write as many details as possible - our staff will help you to choose the perfect villa for you or give as many details on the one you already picked. Here, in Villas Croatia, we appreciate your time so we will answer you within 24 hours with an offer including prices and possible discounts. Please note that discounts are subject to period of booking, type of villa and availability.

In case you accept our offer and want to confirm the booking you need to send us details for the contract: full name, address, ID or passport number. We will send you the contract with your data to sign it and you need to return it via e-mail or fax. After receiving your signed contract the advance payment of 50% of the total amount must be remitted to confirm the reservation and it shouldn't take more then 4 working days.                                         

Your booking is confirmed and villa will be prepared for you as soon as we receive advance payment. Balance payment should be received not later then 45 days prior to your arrival.

After receiving the full amount on our account we will send you voucher with the villa address and the name and contact number of the villa's caretaker. To make the check- in easier and to avoid any misunderstandings voucher should be presented upon your arrival to the villa.
