North Dalmatia
This region, sometimes overlooked as a holiday destination in favor of the more popular middle Dalmatia, stretches out from the island Pag on the north to the charming little village Primošten more south, towards Split, including islands Pašman, Ugljan, Silba, Dugi otok, Olib.

Thanks to the sea current that changes its course every 6 hours this part of the Adriatic has the cleanest sea, but also the strongest wind so it's the perfect choice for sailing enthusiasts.

For party seekers it's good to know that Croatia offers a lot of entertainment all along the coast, but if you plan on staying out until the sun comes up you should spend some time in small town Novalja on Pag island famous for open-air parties and events, house and techno parties with the most popular Croatian and world-class DJs, cocktails galore and beautiful people.

Middle Dalmatia
Because of its ideal position on the eastern coast of the Adriatic sea, Dalmatia has always had an extraordinary cultural and historical role. Rare are the regions that boasts with so many natural varieties as Dalmatia County can.

The mountain chain, within which one of Croatia's highest mountains finds itself, separates the continental characteristics of Zagora and the Mediterranean beach atmosphere, which are among the most beautiful in the world…spectacular beaches, secluded coves and gorgeous green islands floating on a sapphire blue sea….

Since the Middle age this region was on a crossroad between main merchant roads, resulting in rich ethnical and cultural heritage. This region is also well known for its islands which are the most beautiful in Europe - such as Brač, Hvar, and Vis. Majorities of our villas are situated on these islands and have beach front access.

South Dalmatia
South Dalmatia is, thanks to its mild climate and richness of vegetation, one of the most beautiful regions of the Mediterranean.

This region is separated from the rest of Croatia by a 4 km long stretch of Bosnian coast around small town Neum, but there are no restrictions of passage, so for all purposes South Dalmatia appears joined to Central Dalmatia.

This region is dominated by Dubrovnik, one of the world's most appreciated tourist destinations. But there is more to the region; it also includes the Pelješac peninsula, the island of Korčula, Lastovo and national park Mljet.

The region of worldly known heritage, beautiful landscapes, authentic gastronomic offer and long-time tourist tradition will meet the most sophisticated demands of its visitors.

South Dalmatia, particularly the Pelješac peninsula, is a good vine growing region, so don't be surprised that a few of our villas in this area have a well stocked cellar that will satisfied wishes of even the most demanding client.
